The profoundly broken heart seeks answers. If the pain and confusion are profound enough, the questioning can emerge into the spiritual/mystical realm. We could find our thoughts running like such:
*what did I do to attract/deserve this?
*how could this happen?
*what does it mean?
*we’ve got to be connected on a deeper level, right? (I got it! It’s a past life thing!)
Or we might even go so far as to arrive at the conclusion that it could only be a “twin flame” experience. Surely no other relationship dynamic is capable of generating so much pain and questioning of one’s sanity, right? (If you’re hearing this term for the first time, go on, just Google that shit. OMG, right?)
The truth is that it doesn’t really matter what name we give our experience. What DOES matter, is that we attain consciousness around the WHY. That is how we gain empowerment. And thankfully, the Why isn’t as horrendous as we often imagine. It’s actually all about ENERGY and vibrational matches that appear in our lives to match the energetic and karmic patterns we are carrying within us. When we have consciousness around this, healing and creating new experiences (including love!) become natural.
Self-healing in this area is very powerful. Sometimes, though, we can find ourselves getting stuck. We all have blind spots. This is where I can help. If this post resonates deeply with you and you'd like help with unwinding the stories behind your heartbreak, contact me.
How will I ever heal my broken heart??
Is your heart at the mercy of a universe that enjoys sick jokes? It can totally feel like that’s the case when you have an experience that rends your heart in two. It can lead to profound questioning and perhaps even to the conclusion that you’re destined to be alone. However, the truth is a lot less malicious and so much more benign. It’s important to remember that the free will of others often has nothing to do with you. It’s also critical to understand the unconscious patterns you can unknowingly be perpetuating, which often originate in past life choices and events. Uncovering the root cause of your heartache is very comforting because:
*you gain consciousness around the why
*you are able to release self-blame
*you inevitably begin to heal emotionally and spiritually
You owe it to yourself and your beautiful heart to heal the pain and loss. I can help. Contact me to learn more.
If you’re familiar with the term but don’t have a thorough understanding of what shadow work is, it can definitely be intimidating. Perhaps visions of slowly descending into madness come to mind; or maybe a scenario that’s a little less dramatic but no more fun: of being so fearful of living life that you turn into a hermit. And initially, the prospect of going deep into your unconscious might be slightly off-putting. It isn’t an easy thing- looking at the parts of yourself that are not-so-pretty.
In actuality though, the results of consciously working with your shadow can be life-changing. You can:
*experience more profound self-love
*have a broader understanding of why you do what you do
Working with the unconscious in a conscious (ha! see what I did there?) way is extremely empowering. The root cause of the painful issue is brought to light. It is transmuted and integrated, and you become more of who you really are, which is a shining, powerful creator. Is it time to embrace your shadow?
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Carl Jung
