What is your payment policy/how do I pay?
I use Stripe to process payments. You may use a credit card. You will see the instructions on how to pay with a credit card during checkout.
What about tax?
I collect 7% sales tax from North Carolina residents.
How are orders shipped/How often do you ship?
All items will be shipped by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Please give correct shipping address. I cannot be responsible for your order if given an incorrect address.
If the item you order is in stock, it will ship in 3-5 business days. Turnaround for custom work is at least 3 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping charges vary from country to country. I cannot be responsible for any customs charges, delays or extra fees for any reason. It's recommended you check with your local customs office for more information. See below for specific costs.
How much is shipping?
All items are shipped with Priority Mail.
US shipping charges are $7.50 with Delivery Confirmation included. For items under $100, insurance is extra.
Current (June 2020) international shipping charges are $36.95. I do my best to present accurate information on this page regarding shipping costs, but please be advised that prices can change at any time.
Is insurance a good idea?
Most definitely! All items valued at $100 or more will automatically have insurance added. If you want your item insured and it's less than $100, let me know and I will adjust the shipping to include insurance.

What if I decide I don't want/like it?
You have 30 days to return jewelry and receive a refund in full, minus return shipping costs.
Please note: There are no refunds on custom work! Please see custom jewelry terms.
If a return or refund becomes necessary, I require that you contact me first so I know you want to return the item. Must be in new condition and in original box. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. For that reason I strongly recommend you send it with a delivery confirmation and/or insured. See Guarantee of Satisfaction.
